Product Returns

Product returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.

In the event of a return, the products to be returned must be in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. without having been unsealed or their packaging tampered with.
The products must be accompanied by the corresponding retail receipt.

Products that have already been used cannot be exchanged or returned.
Only in the event of an error or material failure of the product will the case for a change be considered, provided that the error is first confirmed by the manufacturer.

In case of a refund, the payment must be confirmed and the package must be returned. The above process requires approximately 14 business days.

The cost of returning a non-defective product and sending a new one is €6 and €8 if cash on delivery is required.

To return defective products, you must contact us via email at , or by phone at 210 9589788 to obtain relevant approval and instructions on how to ship the defective product so that you are not burdened with additional costs.

Right of withdrawal

The consumer has a period of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to withdraw and return the product in its original condition, without giving any reasons.
Fun Planet will refund the money paid by the consumer for the purchase of the product, including the original shipping costs, within 14 calendar days from the day on which he was informed of the withdrawal.
