1. Non-bulky, lightweight products:

a) Shipping by Courier

For purchases over 49€ and a maximum weight of up to 6kg, there are no shipping charges. For purchases up to 49€ and a maximum weight of up to 6kg, shipping costs are 3.50€. Delivery is made by courier to your door.

Delivery time for courier shipments ranges from 1 to 3 working days, depending on the delivery area.

Any delay in your order may be due to shipping companies because of inaccessible areas, weather conditions, holidays, peak periods, and generally in cases of force majeure affecting smooth transport and delivery.

b) Pickup with BOX NOW

BOX NOW, as a pickup method at checkout, allows you to pick up your parcel whenever you want from one of the Automatic BOX NOW Pickup Machines near your home or work.

Advantages:

• You no longer need to wait for your parcel; it waits for you.

• Pick it up whenever you want: BOX NOW Lockers operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

• Pick it up fast: The next day anywhere in Mainland Greece (within 48 hours in Crete).

• Pay less for more: Economical shipping rates for next-day delivery.

• Your parcel will wait for you in the locker for up to 48 hours. You can extend it for another 24 hours quickly and easily via the website https://track.boxnow.gr/track or by calling the call center at 2111005301.

• Flat volumetric charge per order. Shipping via Box Now costs 2.50€.

2. For bulky, very heavy products:

For purchases weighing 6kg or more, shipping is done by a transport agency. The shipping cost is 10€.

In cases where orders are found to be heavy or bulky and have not been registered by our system, you will be informed about the shipping method.

Cyprus

1. Non-bulky, lightweight products:

a) Shipping by Courier

The shipping cost is 10€. Delivery is made by courier to your door.

Delivery time for courier shipments ranges from 7 to 10 working days, depending on the delivery area.

b) Pickup with BOX NOW

BOX NOW, as a pickup method at checkout, allows you to pick up your parcel whenever you want from one of the Automatic BOX NOW Pickup Machines near your home or work.

Advantages:

• Flat volumetric charge per order. Shipping via Box Now costs 9.50€.

In cases where orders are found to be heavy or bulky and have not been registered by our system, you will be informed about the cost and shipping method.

Europe

b) Pickup with BOX NOW (Bulgaria)

Applicable for Bulgaria. Other European countries are currently served only by courier delivery.
