How can I return a product?
In case of return, the products must be in the same condition as you received them, without their packaging being unsealed or tampered with. The products must be accompanied by the corresponding retail receipt. See more about product returns .
Is there a fee for returning products?
The cost of returning and shipping a new product that is not defective is €6, while in the case of cash on delivery, it is €8.
How many days does it take to get a refund?
For a refund, payment must be confirmed and the package must be returned. This process takes approximately 14 business days.

What do I do if the product I received is defective?
